Position Information

• Position: Postdoctoral Researcher
• Number of Positions: Multiple
• Research Areas: Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Multimodal Large Models, Natural Language Processing, Medical Applications, and related fields.

Requirements

• Hold a Ph.D. degree or have submitted Ph.D. dissertation for defense (expected to obtain degree soon).
• Have at least one Q1 journal or conference publication in relevant fields.
• Demonstrate strong research interest and excellent teamwork skills, with good English proficiency.
• Within 3 years of Ph.D. graduation, generally under 35 years old, in good health.

Responsibilities & Exit Requirements

• Participate in key institute research projects, conduct independent or collaborative research.
• Exit Requirements: Publish 2-3 high-quality academic papers during the position, or obtain patent authorization, or lead/participate in national/provincial funding projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: Competitive package of 300,000-500,000 RMB annually (negotiable based on qualifications and experience, including base salary and performance bonuses).
• Housing & Subsidies: Hangzhou government subsidies: Eligible for up to 1,000,000 RMB housing subsidy under Hangzhou talent policy; Category E talent benefits available.
